Our Online Surf Shop's Exchange Policy

Our customers are very important to us!

Just like our brick and mortar store, there are no refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange the products within 30 days of purchase.

In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error. In an event that it is our error, we will refund regular postage costs only (not express, priority or other courier costs).

When exchanging items purchased from the online shop, items must be in new/unused condition, with original tags attached.

When exchanging a wetsuit, the exchange won't be honoured unless the wetsuit is returned in it's original condition. The wetsuit must be packaged in the same way it was originally sent to you; to avoid any possible shipping damage. 

When exchanging swimwear, the suit must clearly have never been warn, all original tags must be attached and the hygienic stickers must still be in place.

We try to keep everything displayed in our online store in stock but occasionally things sell out after a busy weekend. If this happens we will notify you, and do our best to have your item in stock within 10-14 business days or issue you a refund.

All discounted/clearance items are final sale.

Please include a copy of the receipt and a note explaining the reason for the exchange.

Please allow 5 business days to process the exchange once the item has arrived at our store.
