How does your mug define you?
Check out Surfrider Pacific Rim's newest video in an ode to the importance of reusable cups. At Storm's Log Rider's Waltz event on April 23rd, Surfrider Pacific Rim was kind enough to supply the event with coffee, and also kind enough not to provide wasteful, paper, one-use cups. In a meeting of the minds between Storm Surf Shop and Surfrider Pacific Rim, this video was created.
We spend a great deal of our time in the ocean, therefore it is our responsibility to protect it. Reducing our use of disposable products is just a start, but every little bit counts. To take it one step further, Storm Surf Shop has also abolished use of plastic bags, in order to meet the requirements set out by Surfrider Pacific Rim to be an Ocean Friendly Business. This is a key initiative created by Surfrider to work with businesses to institute self-regulated ocean friendly practices that reduce disposable plastic waste, improve recycling practices, and encourage sustainable water use.
